Courtney Keene, Owner

About Me

Courtney started recruiting in 2012 after relocating from Atlanta to Minnesota.

She graduated from Auburn University during the 2008 recession and immediately entered door-to-door sales, which provided a strong foundation that prepared her to transition seamlessly into sales recruiting.

Courtney has over 12 years of recruiting, specifically in building materials, construction, home improvement, and manufacturing. In January 2024, she launched The Referral Recruiters, a Native American and female-owned company.

Courtney is an energetic, high-achieving, dependable, approachable, competitive, and driven individual. To all her clients and candidates, she brings honesty and enthusiasm. She loves selling, and she loves to win — and she loves using her talents to help clients prosper, grow, and flourish.

Courtney is married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin, and they have 3 children. We love baseball, gardening, traveling with our young family, and plant-based cooking.
