We do not work on temporary jobs. All of our jobs are for full time, direct hire, and permanent placement.
Can you get me a job?
Our primary focus is helping companies hire exceptional talent—not providing job placement services. While we regularly connect with highly qualified professionals in the building materials and construction industry, we only reach out when we have a role that closely matches your background.
Is The Referral Recruiters a local or national agency?
Both! We're headquartered outside Minneapolis, MN but recruit all across the United States and in Canada.
What is your fee?
​Because every search assignment is unique based on scope, seniority, and specialization, we discuss pricing during an initial discovery call. This allows us to understand your specific hiring needs, assess whether we are the right fit for each other, and provide a tailored fee structure before moving forward.
Are you retained or contingent?
We offer both retained and contingent options depending on the nature of the role, urgency, and level of exclusivity required. During our initial consultation, we’ll recommend the search structure that best aligns with your timeline, budget, and hiring goals.
