The Referral Reserve — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Referral Reserve, a service offered by The Referral Recruiters LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
The Referral Reserve provides career consulting and recruiting preparation services for individual job seekers. Services may include resume optimization, interview preparation, LinkedIn profile enhancement, job search strategy, and networking support. All services are designed to improve candidate readiness and visibility but do not guarantee job placement.
2. Client Eligibility
To ensure quality and brand alignment, we reserve the right to accept clients based on our internal vetting process. We may decline to work with candidates who do not meet our professionalism or responsiveness standards.
3. Confidentiality
All information shared with us, including resumes, professional history, and personal career goals, will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without your permission, except as required by law.
4. Fees & Payment
All services are fee-based and must be paid in advance. Payment terms are outlined at the point of service selection. Once services have been initiated, all fees are non-refundable.
For clients who are introduced to employers through The Referral Reserve and are subsequently hired, a placement success fee may apply as outlined in your service package agreement.

By working with us, you agree to:

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a candidate is found to have provided false information or if communication standards are not upheld.
6. No Guarantees
While we strive to enhance your marketability and preparedness, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment. Outcomes may vary depending on effort, industry trends, economic conditions, and client engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and documents provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of The Referral Recruiters LLC. You may use them for your personal career development but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, we encourage direct communication. If an issue cannot be resolved, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before any legal proceedings.
9. Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
